What is Mesotherapy?
Mesotherapy involves injecting a cocktail of vitamins, antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acid into the dermis to improve the skin appearance.
The treatment consists of a series of small injections in face, neck or hands. The injections bring the active ingredients deep into the dermis, bypassing the epidermal skin barrier, allowing to maximize their efficacy.
What is Mesotherapy used for ?
Mesotherapy is used for skin rejuvenation and overall skin tone and texture improvement. The main goals are deep skin hydration, boosting of collagen production and antioxidant effect for preventive anti-ageing.
Alternatives to mesotherapy with needle injections are laser cosmeceutical delivery with the Lasemd Ultra laser (BabyFace Laser). The benefit of this laser is the synergy between the laser skin resurfacing and the enhanced penetration of active ingredients into the upper dermis.
How does a mesotherapy treatment happen?
The steps involved in a mesotherapy are:

Step 2: Application of numbing cream to help reduce any discomfort (optional):
Step 3 : Treatment with mesotherapy Injections or with Laser (optional also with microneedling pen)
Step 4 : massage and application of healing cream
Step 5: mask and/or LED (optional)
How do I look after the treatment?
After the mesotherapy with injections the skin can be red and small bruised can be seen during a few days.
After mesotherapy with laser (BabyFace laser treatment), the skin will be red and slightly swollen for 12-24h. Usually there are no bruises with laser mesotherapy.
